Something weird happened on the way to work today, first of all i noticed a weird intermitent tapping noise, it sounded like its coming from the passengers side, it wasnt a metalic tapping so i dont think its coming from the engine, maybe its the vents but iv never had this before? Any suggestions?
Then i noticed my display (mid-line) flashed and then settled again, about 5mins later it did the same again. I normally have it displaying the mpg, i looked down and it was just lots of red lights, then after about 10 seconds it reset and displayed the mpg again?
Any one had any of these symptoms?
The car is in for service next thursday so i can get them to look at it then, just a bit concerned as the warranty expires on the 5th December and dont want to be hit with potentially a big bill
