First thing that pops out is the mileage which is high. Nice car with dsg, leathers and bigger alloys. What sort of mileage do you do ? If for example you keep it for 2 years and do 15000 miles a year then by the time you sell it will have 143k on the clock which will make it less appealing for buyers. I know mileage is just a number but it's something the market look at.

Just be patient buddy you will get what you want at the right price, and remember that sellers are always desperate to sell.. And buyers can bide their time! :smiley:

At that mileage the DSG should have been serviced twice, make sure the book has been stamped to reflect. Not sure about the price as i am a little out of the loop :)

Bought it!

Travelled a couple hundred miles yesterday to view it  and wasn't dissapointed! Now own a 56 reg grey mk5 GTi with DSG, heated leathers, cruise control, sat nav, 18" monzas...the lot  :grin:

Yeah great way to start the new year! It's on 85k and had all the required services for dsg etc, just due a minor service and 2 front tyres will be needed shortly. Love the dsg though  :drool:
