Hi guys, i thought id share these two details with you, they were both booked in for the winter protection detail.
The process is described on the ad, but i though id share some pics. The weather was awful on both days, so i didnt photograph the wash procedure but you've seen it all before.
Guna keep this short and sweet as i know you all just like the after pics! :)
Here we have a dirty White Gti

All Cleaned, clayed and dried!

The paint condition was pretty good, it didnt warrant a full correction. There was some light marring and some over spray on the car so a single stage polish was the trick to bring back a fantastic shine.
Example of paint before.

On with the polishing! ;)

So after i polished the car, it was given a full wipe down with IPA. Then i set about applying the sealant, once this was applied, i let it set for half an hour. This gave me the chance to get to those lovely wheels. I have them a hand polish, then a coat of Swissvax Autobahn.

Wheels and tyres dressed.
Spangly brakes also cleaned and arches dressed.

With the wheel back on

Can you tell i like this wheels and thought they came up great?

Now after the sealant had been buffed off (2 coats), i gave the car a coat of swissvax best of show, to add a bit more bling. This isnt the norm on white in my opinion, but it really did look fantastic after, ive used this combo a lot and love it.
Here are some nice afters.

Lovely Factory fitted recaros! ;)

Last one of the GTi! ;)

Now here are a few pics of an S3 which had a similar treatment to the Gti.

I finished this car quite late on at night so couldnt resist playing with an LED inspection lamp whilst the unit was pitch black! lol

Thanks for reading guys!
