Spotify on sonos
« on: January 11, 2015, 05:35:55 pm »
I've been looking into getting a sonos speaker. Does anyone know if it'll play my spotify music?  I've only got the basic spotify account.

Cheers
Andy

You need Spotify Premium to use it. We got a years subscription to Deezer (Same as spotify) when we bought ours. If you upload all you music to google play you can also use that.

I'm in the same boat - Sonos plus the old freebie Spotify.  The nearest you can get for free (unless anyone here knows better...) is the Blinkbox "radio" that comes installed with the app.
I used to like Last FM, but that closed down :(

I'm very happy with the Sonos, though, and planning to get a Connect so I can use it with my existing hi-fi amp and speakers in another room.

Shadow blue DSG 5 door with leather, sunroof, 18" Monzas, MFSW.
