iPhone connection question?
« on: January 20, 2015, 04:32:30 am »
In my previous motor I had a Belkin Bluetooth adapter that connected to my iPhone so I could play music through the car stereo. In my mk5 golf gti I have a 30 pin connector in the arm rest but want to get a Bluetooth adapter to be able to connect the phone wirelessly. I'm sure I have read somewhere on here about having to get an adapter to plug into the 30 pin connector and then a Bluetooth unit to plug into that? Does anyone have any ideas or a solution so I can connect wirelessly using the existing connector in the arm rest.

Cheers guys

your best option is to get a vw bluetooth kit and this will still allow you to keep your stanard ipod dock.

or get a parrott kit or something similar if your on a budget
MDI Armrest & Glovebox kits
MDI looms , iPod, USB & lightening Iphone 5 leads
Armrests, cloth and leather
Retro fit Armrest 6 CD changer/Ipod dock kits
