Cheers guys for the nice comments, just a bit of a waiting game for me now  :popcornsoda:
Looks like it will be early next week before i can finally get my paws on it, The lad has to get his personal number plate off the car and original plate back on so have agreed early next week to go down and get it, 1 hour flight from Aberdeen  :grin:

So I suppose it is time for me to get my garage all cleared out and get some nice car care products bought ready for its arrival  :party:

Just off phone to guy and it is going to take up to 10 days to get the plates sorted with the DVLA  :mad:
Just a bit of patience required now, not something im good at  :grin:

Plenty time now to trawl through the detailing section and find the right products i need for candy white, BBS CH's, etc etc

You can now take the plate off and get it returned to the previous owner while transferring the V5 into your name - but you will have to sign the forms together with the previous owner.

Only other way is if he transfers the plate off and he waits for the V5 to come before he sells to you - which can be anything upto 6 weeks.  I have had it back in 2 weeks before but it can vary.
