New 7R to replace the MK6gti
« on: January 21, 2015, 05:56:44 pm »
Well i finally took the plunge and sold the Gti and after 5 years ownership needed something special to replace it, So i ordered an R after a half day test drive,
It came 2 months early  :jumpmove: as there is a 6 months waiting list for these, picked it up last Wednesday and Thursday was booked in for VWR Springs and a set of OZ Wheels for starters,
Then off to the detailers for a few ceramic coatings and a new vehicle prep, while it was in they wrapped the roof, need to get a few miles on it now so i can start fiddling properly with it

Heres a few pics

That looks the business. Any close up pics of the rims or car in a different light to show the rims off?

The Candy White suits it very well, like it did to previous generations as well! Great choice!

I like what you've done.
