Adi said they are similar to the S3 ones, and he has had the guy back a couple of times to redo them, so he said no I'm not doing em 
It doesn't stick properly to the brushed finish

I'm going to take the plunge and order one in autumn when I've finished building my house.

I'm sure it will be worth the wait and a worthy replacement for my much loved Edition 30.

You won't be disappointed ! The mk7 build quality is a massive step up from the 5/6 and the R is something else

I think you can say that if you're still happy with the build quality in like 2-3 years.

New looks always great but some materials don't age well. 1st gen materials from armrest and window switches from mk5 were terrible with their rubber touch. They peeled and lost colour. Fortunately mine came with better materials and they aged well, no nail marks or anything.
