BCS None powervalve Sports Cat
« on: January 22, 2015, 10:07:11 pm »
Got this fitted. And boy is it rubbish. Wasted 1k. Jokeeeeeeeee

EASILY THE BEST SYSTEM EVER HEARD ON A MK5. The sound is epic truely epic speechless. Fitted sounds standard on idle has a little growl and then when you smash it and change gear omg. Pure orgasm. Over the moon well recommended amazing quality pipes with high quality fabrication and fitment. Lovely service. Downside i scrapped my bumper on a car park ramp.  :signLOL:

Post a video?

I'm really gutted about mine as its barely louder than stock even on boost.

I seem to be the only dude with it like that.

I'd love to meet up with someone with one of these and compare it to mine.

What have you got fitted ? And summer hopefully depending on where you are from ? Mine gives a crazy blip when changing gears inconjunction with the induction kit. 1,000 miles to settle in but ive been shocked by the first 20. Hahah

Mine has a 3" TBE with decat to a non resonated Milltek cat back. At idle and cruising speeds it is virtually the same as stock but when you open it up it makes an insane noise. From the outside I've been told it was as loud as a Focus RS mk2 that I may or may not have been having a play with. lol

I'm guessing yours is a DSG to explain your noises when changing gear (dsg fart lol). Your mpg will probably drop horrifically now as you'll always crave the noise, especially when you've first had it fitted.

 I'm from Birmingham.

You need to get your checked out pal! Because as soon as you put your food slightly down the noise is crazy! It does sound pretty much like a rocket!

You have sport cat?

I can't get it checked as I live on Isle of Man so nowhere near BCS aha!

Suppose i'll just deal with it or get a different system down the line.
