hi everyone
ok  had all my thermostats done now.   main 1 and both inline  1s ,   so on a cool morning  say    -5     how long  should it take to reach 90c?  before it was taking about 15 mins  on a  8 mile drive , thanks

Got mine sorted as well. Might hits 60 with in 10 minutes, but I'm all down hill to work.
It also depends on driving style as well. If I'm on the loud peddle a lot on the way to work she gets up to normal temps quick.

I'll do a post tomorrow once at work to say my results.
There is no replacement for displacement....
But a turbo does help....

Mine took about 6 mins to reach  90  . Loads quicker than it was

This mornings trip to work

9 degrees outside temp, engine stone cold.
7 minutes 51 degrees 2 miles
10 minutes 60 degrees 2 miles
15 minutes 63 miles 3 miles
22 minutes 72 degrees 5 miles

average 14 mph 24.9 mpg
changing at 2500, no boosting, very light throttle
Standard apart from K n panel filter, broken air duct, pre-cat delete.

I hope this helps, but I still need to change my secondary thermostat, as i suspect it to be stuck at least half open.
There is no replacement for displacement....

Main stat  put mine to 90 in about 15 mins
Inline stats have make it quicker to get warm  at about 6 mins at 9c outside
Seems fine now inline stats are done
