Seatbelt question...

Can someone please tell me if all drivers side seatbelt are the same? For example, 3 and 5 door the same or 2006 drivers front the same as 2008 drivers front?

Why is it you need to know?

Are you looking at replacing the whole thing of just trim etc?

Would help to know a little more.
