Have you actually driven or been in a new FORD recently??? its a bit of a dump statement...yes its no premium brand vehicle but it doesn't claim to be the best built or highest quality its out to bring the company back to its former glory of a good car and more to the point a new fast ford.

Sorry for the Rant but these statements of "its just a FORD" or "its just a vauxhall" just show how stuck up some people are :P

Just seen this on fb, it doesn't do anything thing for me tbh. Dunno if many have seen the new focus st facelift but I think that looks far nicer than this rs, maybes it'll grow on me or look better in a different colour. But overall I've never been a massive fan of the mk3 focus anyways.

As above nothing wrong with a ford at all, they make so very good motors. I'm temped by the mk2 rs but can't decide wether to get the rs or golf mk6 r.

I've got a long 16-18 week for my new facelift ST to turn up but at least I've still got my current ST until it gets sold,

I'm like you Chris I was really undecided regards the RS or R but I took the RS for a test drive and was a little disappointed? I would have loved a Golf R but at the time my brand new Focus ST2 2 years ago was cheaper than a decent mileage R and the wife wouldn't let me spend on a 2 year old car that I could have a brand new one for.

The RS is a good looking car, I think people's perception of what it was going to look like we're let down but I think we have our American friends to thank for that and there silly global rubbish. I reckon it would have been more aggressive looking if it had been a pure Euro car??

Always had a BIG soft spot for a chavy fast ford. I'd have one, not stupid enough to use my own money but many will and they'll love em!

You never know? They did do the Subaru STI Cosworth. I think they're too far into F1 now to think of R&D for Ford.
