Scott's Black GTi Project
« on: February 25, 2016, 04:29:06 pm »
Hi all, new to the VW scene. Bought myself a Golf GTi on Monday so very few pictures at the moment.
Must admit I am loving it compared to the French hatches ive previously had and with circumstance changes I required a 5 door. This popped up a few miles away from where I lived so after a test drive and a good look round it I bought it.

57 Plate 64k FVWSH 1 owner, really well looked after couldnt say no really!

Already started with a few modifications and today the H&R springs arrived.

Got an oversized RamAir on the way too which should hopefully arrive tomorrow.

Its booked in for some work doing on Saturday so will get some more pictures uploaded at the weekend when everything has been put on.

Cheers mate.
No it was too good to turn down really and had it up at a great price.

So the oversized RamAir arrive today, will get that on tomorrow with the H&R's:

Also the wind deflectors I ordered arrived so stuck them on during my dinner break today.

Happy with how they look, just wait for tomorrow now and then try get some decent photos, weather permitting!

Cheers, well pictures as promised.

Got the car up on the ramp and fitted the H&R's and then got on with fitting the oversized RamAir...

Took it out afterwards and very pleased with the H&R's and the sound of the RamAir is great! Over the moon.
