Gave it an overdue wash today...

Pics of my intake and R32 clocks...

Works for me Shaun, corrr.

Favourite colour (biased  :innocent: ) on one of my favourite OEM wheels, works so well.

Still got them somewhere?
Hope so  :happy2:
Pete

Yes there tucked up safe for winter now. Already bought a new set of centre caps and they will be refurbed and treated to some 225's before going back on.

Although the 19's look better/fill the arches more, for me the 18's feel so much better especially on my 32 mile drive to work (A & B roads)  :driver:

So here is my updated to-do list: (excludes exhaust & EGR delete as its already booked in for that!)
  • ARM REST!!!
  • Buy new centre section top vents as slats broken.
  • S3/R32 rear brakes.
  • Get it into TUK customs for front bumper, rear spoiler, aerial delete and respray.
  • Kenwood headunit and speaker upgrade inc sub.
  • Swap R32 clocks to MK6 white/red ones (if there compatible).
But if a good set of heated wingbacks comes up I know I won't be able to resist

Not sure tbh mate. They were for sale on here so I snapped them up. Haven't come across another set since.

Not long now til Darkside...

Am on the verge of getting some R32 rear brakes sorted with matching Tarox discs.
Also maybe a smoothed R32 rear bumper and R32 seats (not wingbacks).

But why is finding a good condition arm rest so bloody hard!

Hit the 160k mark today and still running sweet as a nut!

Not going to bother with the R32 rear and the interior was advertised by a total pr*ck so will probably just get rear brakes and exhaust etc done this side of Xmas now.

And I'm on the hunt for another Vento...

Back home after my trip to Darkside. Really pleased with the quality of work and service they offered.

Here's the print out after the map and various timing tweeks on there dyno.

I knew it was already mapped but wanted there map as they were removing the EGR. So wasn't expecting loads more horse power. Was nice to see a slight gain but more importantly how smooth it now runs and the noise it makes when it goes 2500rpm +  :happy2:

It's a safe map. Those numbers for your stock turbo are good. Liking that torque. :happy2:
