Coming home lights enabled but not working

Hello,

I have read many listings but nothing is like the problem I have.

The coming and leaving home lights are enabled as I have check using VCDS however when ever I lock or open the car the lights never come on. I have the light and rain sensor so the lights come on automatically when dark.

Has anyone had this issue or know how I could fix this.

Mine stopped working for a while
I had it activated on vcds and still didn't work.

I then deactivated it and saved it then activated it and saved it and it's worked ever since

Have you checked they are set to the correct length? I've been caught out in the past when I've enabled them but forgotten to key in a length. The problem is the length will default to 0 seconds which means they never come up, so you need to put it up to 30 seconds or whatever.

Yeah I checked the length and it was set to 30, so not sure what the issue is
