Teeside/Durham Contacts
« on: February 15, 2015, 03:36:20 pm »
As with any car I like to have some good contacts locally. Once I find myself an ED30 I'd like a handy little list of recommended contacts I can trust.  With that in mind, can anyone suggest contacts for;

Servicing?
Remap?
Tuning/exhausts?
Steering wheel swaps?

I'm in Hartlepool.

Cheers  :happy2:

@skard for anything such as steering wheel swaps and VCDS tweaks, very knowledgeable and capable guy :happy2:

As for servicing and maintenance there is a fellow in Ferryhill that i was also recommended by Skard.
Another option is MB Darlington. I have recently had a fair amount of work done on my GTI there and they are Mercedes / Audi / VW / Seat specialists and in my opinion they are ace guys. I would take my car to them again without a doubt but since being recommended the chap in Ferryhill i would also like to give him some custom as he is apparently very knowledgeable so i hear :smiley: :happy2:

Cheers Carl :happy2:

I can do you steering wheel swaps, cruise etc locally.

I took my Eddy to Quicksale Sports & Performance in Ferryhill. The owner is a big petrolhead who has had a mk5 GTI forever
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)
