In fairness I think it sounds more like the person you spoke to was a cock rather than the company being sh*t. Its true Royal Mail won't consider investigating until 3 weeks. They should have offers to send replacements and been more polite but again I think that comes down to the bloke you talked to than the company as a whole.

We only have one version of the conversation , so as the BBC would say .... We cannot comment as the other party is not present to defend themselves and give their version of events ?

If you had been bleating to me over the phone about £5.40 bulbs, I would have hung up as well. Stop whining and take it like a man, put it down to experience, and get the bulbs elsewhere.

I definitely wouldn't order again from them and I definitly would write a review about it as if that's how they treat £5.40 and actually cost price is pennies imagine buying something expensive from them and getting dealt with the same guy I had exactly same customer experience at caraudiosecurity in Hayes SHOCKING.
