Had a vauxhall viva when I was 19 - did have a Mk1 Golf GTi at 21 - very very long time ago now

I guess at that time,a car with the eqiuvalent power of a Pirelli would have been a Sierra Cosworth or Lotus Carlton and if I had been fortunate to own one of thos at 19,I most likely would not be here to type this!!

Got my GTI at 20 (I'm still 20 lol) but had an MX5 which was slammed on some borbet A's when I was 19
