I'd try a ceramic coating tbh... it's stainless steel isn't it.. so should be fine...
at end of day if it makes it hazy you can give them a light polish and it'll come off anyway.

They are not waxes
You have waxes which contain natural ingredients, usually carnuba, bees wax, etc lots of other bits
You have sealants which are manufactured chemicals
coatings generally cure to form a "shell"...and are far more resistant to minor scratches, bird droppings, and prevent more dirt sticking to the paint to begin with meaning you can basically jet fresh dirt off revealing a nearly perfectly clean surface. a weekly wash will be much easier and easier.
