Heard about this forum in vw driver and it was highly recommended so I'm standing by to be impressed, informed and joining in on all the fun.
I got myself my first mk 5 gti in Tornado Red (even the colour sounds good) a few months ago. And just sitting in it, you cant fail to be impressed by the quality that surrounds you. It just felt right. And after taking it for a test drive . . . well, you don't need me to tell you how good it is.
I'm a bit of a latent petrolhead, getting more serious into cars, in my mid forties. Starting off with a Seat Leon Cupra Tdi and then a Clio 182 renaultsport. Onwards and upwards now.
As I'm fairly new to Worcester and the midlands, can anyone recommend any Golf or VW clubs in my area or any shows, etc that are coming up?
