Spencer's first Golf GTI

Woah you have actually come to have a look! Thanks!  :jumpmove:

Sooo, I have wanted a mk5 golf gti since I was in school. Back then they were brand new cars,  waaaaaaaaaay out of my £5 a week pocket money budget.
Fast forward 10 years and I have had a crunchy old fiesta...

Oops...

Also had 2 VW Polo 6n's. Both lowered on coilovers and I pretty much settled for that quality of everyday driving for 5 years.

Annnnnnnd now? I finally earn enough (we will see) to get myself this!  :jumping:

70k on the clock
Cambelt already done
Full service history

Firstly I'm going to change a few things that I have read on this forum may be of benefit...

Cam follower change
Revision G Diverter valve

Any others I should have a look into?

And get on with some minor cosmetic changes inside and out, lighting, colour coding etc before I can start to spend some proper money on it after Christmas!

Oh and changing the poxy ipod connector in the arm rest for an aux input? So far that is my only complaint!

Thanks for looking  :happy2:
