Anyone used EMP Performance?

Hi all,

It's about time I upgrade my exhaust and get an aftermarket system. I know a lot of members on here go for the BCS systems, and that there is currently as group buy going on, but it's still a bit too pricey for my liking.

 I've heard quite a lot of good things about the custom exhausts done by EMP, and they're only 25 minutes from me! They quoted me £350 for a cat back system, including fitting and lifetime warranty.

Has anyone on here gone to them and can tell me what they're like? Ideally I want someone to show me a video of the sound, couldn't find anything on YouTube..

They did quad exhaust on my mrs a4.
Pretty good, can't reallly complain.
An exhaust is just an exhaust, generally all sound roughly the same.

Yeah that's what I was thinking.. How much better can a Miltek actually be haha. I suppose it's like a lot of things, you pay extra for a brand name.

I have a custom r32 style exhaust on my ed30 done by Dave at emp!
Can't complain at all and it sounds the nuts!
Highly reccomend them

Service seemed pretty good. Had two new cats fitted week before last on the daily. The owner has got a schwweet cherry red mk5 gti. Did mention they do a lot if VAG cars.

Good work  they are right on the high street, there did look like to be parking down the side but only noticed after the fact.

Do you think my old exhaust will fit in the car with the seats down? I don't know how I'm going to get it home otherwise

If its just cat back it should fit I would have thought, or Addison Lee taxi???

They do alot of turbo pipe fab work too, great work and cool guys too.

I managed to get my old cat back home no problem, was a bit of a tight fit but it worked!
Really pleased with the outcome, again they asked me what sort of noise I was after, told them nothing stupid loud, just something subtle but noticeable, but goes off when I put my foot down; they got it spot on!

Looks like a great price for the workmanship - did you get them to remove the pre-cat whilst you were having the work done?
I am considering the drive down from Lincoln to get one of their exhausts! How long did it take to fabricate and fit?
