Aftermarket Multi-Function Controls
« on: March 18, 2015, 02:50:10 pm »
Recently my volume buttons have become temperamental and I can't figure out whether there is a loose connection. I have taken the Kenwood DNX7200 head-unit out and all connections appear fine. Reckon I will have to take the air bag out and investigate the connections in the wheel? The MFD screen (right side buttons) work without any issues at all.. Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

So after removing the airbag and checking the connections in the steering wheel and taking out the head-unit and double checking the stalk adapter cables, I still can't seem to get the audio volume buttons to work. I have noticed that the audio function on the MFD screen wont appear either. Could this be an issue with the steering control module? Anyone got any ideas at all ???  :jumping:

Thanks
