No, I'm not asking which wheels.......I've found wheels I like the look of but they are the wrong offset (ET28) and I need ET38 with a 9 inch wide wheel.
Does anyone know of any solutions for this?

You can have a wheel shop correct the ET, 10 mm is the most you can do safely, AFAIK.
