Throttle Hesitation

Hi all,

Another newbie here looking for some advice.  Got a Mk5 Gti (06) and lately when gently accelerating from 2,000 rpm there is hesitancy, doesn't feel like it is misfiring, almost as if it is struggling to get enough fuel in the engine.  Doesn't disppear when warm and once warm will WOT without any noticeable problems.  It's just had a service and spark plugs changed but the problem is still there.  Having looked through other threads I know PCV and DV are problems but the PCV was replaced 3 years ago and there is no hunting at the moment and it doesn't feel like there is a loss of turbo power so don't think it is the DV either but I'll get these checked.

Apart from changing the above and hoping, does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing it?  If it helps, mileage is around 88k and the cam belt was changed at around 75k (haven't got the invoice with me to check)

Cheers,

Si.
