window fogging up
« on: March 21, 2015, 10:46:18 pm »
Hiya fellow forumers

I've noticed over the past few days, nearly every time I start the car and pull away the windows mist up. It's so bad I need to pull over and wait ateast 2 to 3 mins before it clears. Any suggestions?

Leaky door seals or boot seal

Leaky heater matrix

Drain holes blocked under plastic scuttle wiper area causing water build up in that area and possibly finding its way in thru a loom bung hole in bulkhead

Aircon drain hose blocked in drivers footwell under carpet

Pollen filter has no carbon left on it due to age which can also cause little bit of damp

I don't like the sound of any of that. Should also point out once it clear it stays clear for the whole drive.
