Installing coilovers! KW v1 question

hey guys. just want to ask you how the new coilovers come together.
should i move over the dust cover to the new coilover with the bearings and upper strut mount? and the kw's came with a small plastic cap so where does it go :O?

Look at page 17 it's on there
so i dont need the black dust cover from the oem? should the kw v1 bump stop ( dust cover ) be pressed up into the bearing mount?

anyone know if i need to re-use the old dust cover from oem?
