VWR Tuner Golf

Looks stunning in this pic.. Not seen it with these wheels on before, and improvement over the 19's if you ask me..

Considering the Thunder bunny front and sides for mine..

There was a Golf at Castle Combe in the Summer with a Thunder Bunny front and done in Gulf Le Mans colours.
It looked the business, shame it went pop on its first session and just after a rebuild too.

I like the TB front.  :happy2:

I'm not fully convinced of the Thunderbunny front. I like NeilM's front grill much more and I believe it is a lighter carbon fibre replacement part too :happy2:

Love the wheels....what are they?
Golf R gone.

having a second look, i couldnt be doing with the SE grill above the bumper, id have to look at something that matches better with the bumper.

but other wise, i do like the thunder bunny! :)

I know it may mess up the air flow etc but i think it would look better with a square type number plate in the corner, otherwise

yum yum

Thats done it.. Im getting it lol.. Think it'll look sweet with 9" wide wheels, fat 888's and sat on the ground!! Bit different too.. (maybes without the bike hey!)

As far as I know the Thunder Bunny kit is lighter than the OEM front end.. Only a couple of KG but all helps..

a couple of KGs is a massive difference when you think how much a bumper weighs anyway, pretty surprised at that....

...as if you need another reason! lol

Never mind the kit, when are VWR going to start offering cheap Hankook track tyres?

What wheels are they?

That is hands down the best looking GTI on the road IMHO. No bling, just functional.

Does anyone know what issue of Evo that was in? Would love to read the article - March '09

Only 250.1bhp - but with that noise, who cares?

Thats exactly what I like, a big reason for getting the TB front would be improved air flow to the intercooler and weight, it does look nice too but thats not the biggest thing!

They look like an OZ Superturismo to me..
