Not quite a MK5 Gti but close enough
« on: April 01, 2015, 09:39:06 pm »
Hi all. I've been using this site for a while now for tips and advice, and never really posted so I thought its time to start now as I picked up my new Mk6 Gti on the weekend

Before I get onto that tho heres my old jetta which Ive loved for over a year now but I wanted to get something petrol and what better way than the Mk6:

Pretty sure this was someones on here at some stage ?

Anyway enough of that and on to the good stuff. I picked this up on the weekend and I got to say I absolutely love it !!! (Sorry about the sh*te photo will take some more on the weekend)

First things first was a quick wash. Will be getting a full detail on the weekend

Plans:
Coilovers
Turbo back exhaust
FMIC
Stage 2
Wheels
My Mk7 steering wheel
and a few other little bits

Any advice on the best products for the above plans would be much appreciated

Thanks for looking

My Mk7 steering wheel

Have you got this fitted? Do you know if the MFSW will hook up perfectly with the MK6? I know there are some problems with MK5 - MK7's

Personally I prefer the MK6 steering wheel but each to their own.  Car looks really tidy though.
