I use Safari on my iPod, Dolphin on my iPad, Chrome on my Android phone and tablet and Firefox on my PC. All of those keep me logged in...

I haven't clicked logout for about 6 years, should we be?!  :laugh: :grin: :P

The latest browser builds hold so much absolute sh*t of cache and temp files, doesn't surprise me with this sort of issue.

Well I can report that I was faced with the Log in page when I opened the Forum link just now  :fighting:

Never had any problems in the past....and I've never clicked on Log out.
I think it's just been since around jan-feb this year.


 :mad:  Come on mods/admin. If this is happening to lots of people this needs looking at.  :happy2:

I often have problems logging in to the forum. I'll put my username and password in and when I enter it the screen just goes back to the login page as if I haven't entered any details. No matter how many times I do it I still can't log in.

@dazza Just to follow up on this, I have tried clearing cache and cookies and still have the same issue. TBH I have always had this since joining the forum, so I'm used to it. I'm also a member on another forum but that keeps me logged in.

Can you log out and then use the actual login page to log in rather than the quick login at the top right.

That is the page that comes up. Usually there is a tab already opened if I refresh it or choose home it brings up that link. My details are pre-populated though.

Probably doesn't make any difference, but I always delete the numbers in the minutes box before ticking the keep me logged in box...
