Nice work.  Certainly a lot of weight removed from the roof!  Approx 15kg with the glass panel?

TTE480 turbocharger ordered from www.all-stars-motorsport.com . I hope it is the right turbo for me.
It will take a while until I'll get it, because I've chose to upgrade my k04. Right now still waiting for their procedure to send it to TTE.
I will not push it all the way, I'm still with stock internals. Looking for 430-440 bhp.

I hope you like the turbo. It should be really good for track since you'll always run in high revs where you won't have any lag.

I hope so too. My current k04 setup is hard to beat on mid rpm's:

But my best 100-200 was 9.2 without aero mods and 9.8 with the rear wing on. I hope to get it a lot lower and not loose the exit speed on low rpms.

Yeap, you're pushing the K04 to its limits. With was petrol do you run usually? It's noticeable the difference in higher revs when I add octane booster to my RON98.

I was using OMV MaxxMotion 100plus, They say it's 100RON, but who knows.
My tuner said he tried octane booster without any noticeable improvement, that's why I haven't tried it. But I think I'll give it a try with the new turbo. ;)

What octane booster has he tried? I've always had good improvements on the road and on the dyno with the Nitrous Formula Race Octane Booster.

I don't know what he tried, but I'll make some 100-200 VBOX runs with and without and I'll judge myself. I would try Millers first, I can get it for free.

If you can get it for free, I'd always run it on my car and only on important races I'd go with the Nitrous Formula octane booster.  :signLOL:
