I'm just going to head out to an EV show thats being hosted by Robert Llewelyn (aka Kryten from Res Dwarf) to see what all the fuss is about.
Would you consider selling a GTI and getting an EV if you thought that it was right for you?

As a daily commuter for me an EV would be idea.
But they are £20k+

Completely financially pointless.

I wouldn't use one as an only car either.

I still stick by Hydrogen being the future.

I have done. Got a Renault Zoe last month to replace the GTI. For my short commute its ideal and means I can get something fun for the weekend.
With the really cheap PCP offers, deposit contributions and government grant it ends up at half the list price...Wouldn't make sense otherwise.
