Engine Torque Arm Insert Mk5

thought of buying one for my 2005 gti dsg as readed so many good review about it.
wich one should i go for as there is some amount to choose from, powerflex, neuspeed etc? and does the bolt come with the insert?

I'm in same boat after my remap.. I'm going for ecs and it comes with a new stretch bolt

i would do that to but the postage to finland was like 44$  :confused:

I have used Powerflex and Superpro and either would be fine.

Just use the insert kit unless you are going complete balls out race car.
