VAG com Help required (Gloucestershire/ Swindon area)
« on: April 19, 2015, 09:28:08 pm »
Is there anyone in the Gloucestershire or Swindon area with VAG COM that could help me out?
Just after Christmas I had to brake hard causing the ABS to work (As it does).
Then I started getting an intermittent fault with the ABS and TC lights coming on on the dash, But now they are permanently on and the ABS is disabled.
So I decided that by disconnecting the battery may reset the fault (Wrong). So after reconnecting the battery, The steering wheel light is now on too.
I have just put my brothers snap on code reader on and its saying no faults present.
MOT is out this week and could really do with some help by someone with VAG COM to tell me what the fault is coming up as.
If you can help I would be very grateful.
 Thanks in advance.

Pm me buddy I'm from Worcester but work in Tewkesbury. Can always give you a scan whenever etc, some readers don't read the codes that gen vcds do, I used to be a master tech at vw and have a snap on myself too. Pm me if you want me to scan it.
