Lets have a stab...

I see three cables.
Black should be earth, connect this to ground.
white i GUESS would be side lights (as they are white), connect to side light positive cable.
red i GUESS would be the orange indicators (as they are orange?!?), connect to positive cable for indicators.
Best way to test is get a 12 volt power supply, or battery and attach the black to earth, and then touch the red or white to confirm.

!! WARNING !!
Our cars use resistance levels to tell if a bulb has blown, wiring these up WILL cause issues. Mainly the car thinking the bulb has blown. But also as you are earthing to the car (as there is only one earth connection, i wouldn't earth to either the side lights or indicators) you could cause other faults.
!! Proceed with caution !!

Hope this helps.
There is no replacement for displacement....

yep I'd agree with that too, your more than likely gonna bring up a warning light on the dash. I'm not an electrical expert but you'll probably need some form of resistor or relay to make them work with no errors.

Not available as a ring unfortunately. Iv done the quad light and quad indicators on mine (see my build thread early on) I may have found an option for what you want using arduino adarfuit neopixel's but need to work out the code to run it properly. I update my instagram as I get closer to a final product - username is the same if interested

Was thinking more of two light rings for mine. One dimmed for the skyline side lights mod, and then a orange ring facing straight out of the cluster at full brightness for the indicators.

Not sure if it would let lost in the red of the side light tho....

might see if i can build a simple board to cut the power to the side light when the indicator comes on.......
