Rear trailing arm

Hi, had some new tyres fitted yesterday and when they tried to track the car the rear trailing bush spun when trying to loosen it to set rear toe!

Is there a way around this as garge was suggesting I need to fit new arms?

Any help appreciated as I do want tyres to get worn on inside edge, as previous tyres did!
