TTRS Disc Options
« on: April 25, 2015, 12:55:36 pm »
I'm looking at getting TTRS/Aston 4 pots, but I'm not sure what discs to get. I've heard a lot that the 370mm discs warp very easily so I'm thinking I should probably avoid them! The only other option I've seen is the 362mm AP discs but I can't find a price for them anywhere! Is the AP discs and the 370mm the only two options? And what's the price of the AP discs?

AP's are about £1250. If you get brackets from AKS tuning you can use 345mm R32/ S3/ Cupra discs or 340mm TTS discs like I use. The brackets are about £250 and discs about £150, normal TTRS discs are £400+ and heavier and like you said have been known to warp but only if you push them (also depends how much power you're running).

340/345mm is probably the most cost effective.

But if you are happy to spend out then you could get the DaveB 362mm floating setup.

Or Eddie A on here has a custom made 370mm floating setup from Reyland...

Not sure about prices on the floaters though!
