Question about a milltek
« on: May 10, 2015, 09:48:07 pm »
I am looking into fitting a milltek cat back to my pipeworx downpipe and sports cat.

The car has been remapped by Rtech and I am wondering if I need the map tweaked after fitting the cat back, but I assume as the downpipe and sports cat were fitted before it was mapped I won't need to?

I wouldn't of thought so should go straight on with no tweaking required it's only down pipe/decat/sports cat only needs mapping to get best results

Cat back doesnt give you any power (maybe 2bhp  :signLOL:) so any minimal extra flow created the ECU will adapt to it. Only go back to R-Tech when you fit an upgraded HPFP  :innocent:
