I assume the springs are harder for the heavier DSG gearbox?

Whats the difference with the DSG ones?
rears are the same but front are designed to take more weight hence the car sitting lower

what happens if you fit dsg springs to manual would it level out the drop?

apparently spring kit makes front sit lower than rear....

So the car sits lower at the front with the dsg springs? Sounds tempting but i've got a manual?

On a DSG car if you fit "Non DSG" springs it's sits lower on the front due to the different spring rate.

DSG gearbox is quite a bit heaver than a manual. If you fit DSG springs to a Manual it will more than likely sit higher.

So...finally got round to putting my DSG Springs on the front...

Also treated the car to some new Sach's struts as the passenger one was a little bouncy over pot holes.

Car now sit's pretty much level all the way round, much more OEM :)  (will get a decent pic up)

from hub centre to arch lip is 34mm all round now.

Can you tell any difference in comfort than standard springs.

Bumpy roads around Norfolk don't seem to be an issue. My misses has a BMW Mini and thats far worse on it's standard suspension :)
