Turbo back exhaust without remap
« on: May 15, 2015, 11:29:27 pm »
Hiya there,

Ive just bought myself a Eurojet Turbo Back Exhaust. Im planning on getting a stage 2 remap done next month, however was wondering if i should wait till then until i fit the exhaust..

Will the car run ok for a few weeks with the new exhaust but with out the software???

Also any ideas on a CAI that would complement thr Eyrojet system?

Thanks in advance :happy2:

You should be fine mate, I have had my 3" turbo back with sports cat on for 8months, only prob I had was the management light came one once due to the increased gas flow but once it was cleared its never came back  :happy2:

Once you get the map, the tuner will delete the code.

only downside of fitting it without a remap is that when your engine light is on, you wont know if any other sensors as gone fault as the EML is already on

I still havnt had mine mapped and its ran without the light coming back one for over 6 months now so once its cleared it prob wont come back anyways
