Cool, thanks for the follow up! So you've got the MK5 flavour B8s with VWR springs. My local roads are pretty terrible too so I'm thinking of trying the new VWR dampers + springs combo. I like the idea of a bit less roll and tightening things up, but really don't want it any crashier than it already is
For less roll the ARB are much more important than the dampers and springs, I think, although stiffer springs will help to reduce body roll.
I'd recommend VWR+B8 dampers for mk6 with H&R ARB 26/22 mm or Eibach Pro-Kit+Koni FSD with H&R ARB 26/22 mm (soft setting at the front and stiff setting at the rear). Either option will please you, I think.
I highly doubt you'll find comfier sport springs than Eibach Pro-Kit, though.
