VCDS Losing Connection
« on: May 25, 2015, 09:09:22 pm »
Went to run some logs. Set all the blocks up before i left home just as i was about to give it some welly lost connection to the controller and would not reconnect.

I have polar fis but that screen was not active (don't know if it makes any difference).

Running windows 7 via vmware.

Original cable i bought off here.

Any Ideas?? Maybe power saving options?

Reboot windows and try again.
You must have the polar desktop off before and when logging as failure to do so will cause a no connection eror in vcds  if left on. I leave mine on nav in the mfd when logging.
