Oil change to millers nanodrive

Recently done an oil change over to millers nanodrive and since then my car is smoking and stinks a lot!
Anyone else had this happen?

The 5w40? How much did you put in? smoking and stinks from the exhaust or from under the bonnet?

Yeah 5w40 and just under full on the dipstick
To be honest I don't know it smells all over haha

Did they spill any oil ? If so it could be burning off...

Nope and it's been about a month so even if I did it should be burnt off by now haha
