Induction kits
« on: June 01, 2015, 10:33:33 pm »
Without starting a debAte. I am going for a stage 1 remap soon and wondering about induction. Should atick with oem and update to a panel filter or an enclosed system?

What are your recommendations?

If it's only stage 1 i'd leave the standard air filter on as you'd be wasting your money with a induction kit.

Where Napoleons armies marched with horse and musket and Hitlers Reich crumbled in blood and rubble, the warriors of Armageddon do battle against the landscape of hell now indeed thrive the ARMOURERS

Neuspeed intake is brilliant, or panel filter wise itg or Volkswagen racing.

Depends on what you prefer as you'll get more noise from an open intake kit than a panel filter etc...

Woah forge is like £400!!

Is the evoms one I linked above is that genuine or a replica? I would spend at most £150-200.

Induction kit will cost you torque but will give you bhp, if you are stage 2+ going for 375bhp then you need it, below that you are better off with a exhaust, software and filter, more torque makes for a better road car.
