Drivesharf prob wouldn't cause misfire issues / running issues. More likely somethings either come loose or broken.

Check cables and fault codes, engine mounts....

Good to hear your with out a scratch, any idea what happened ?
There is no replacement for displacement....
But a turbo does help....

Luckily stopped on the hard shoulder and managed to bring the car in and get recovered. The front wing is completely dented thats all. The wheel bearing needs new anyone have a part number ? Please and possibly the engine mount slight diconnect.

Thank you

Do I recall you putting a thread up months ago about having a fat friend that you had bouncing on your wheel nuts to take them off?

Glad you're ok!!

Sounds like the pitch of the thread on bolts has been stretched by previously being over tightened

People dont seem to understand how dangerous it can be to over tighten wheel bolts
Calibrated Torque wrench and 110nm max
Glad all ok though mate  :happy2:

People think the guys at the local tyre shop know what they are doing. (I know some guys on here work in reputable tyre places u are the exception here.) The wife takes the piss as i remove the wheels and take them to the tyre place in the beater.

A mate lost two bolts from a recently replaced wheel the guy at the tyre place said they must have been stolen ffs. He was on a 800km trip the with his kids luckily someone pointed it out in the services.
