Hi it's pretty straight forward you will need to remove the cover inside behind the boot lid. There are two screws that sit inside the part where yours hands can grab to close the boot. Once they are out then it's literally pulling the whole thing off. It can be quite stubborn in areas I found that starting at the top closest to the window then once the first couple of clips are out the the rest will follow easy enough (don't be worried if it sounds like it's breaking - I panicked at first!)
Once the cover is off, the rear of the boot badge is held on by three screws. I found that the one at the top was the most annoying to put back but the other two are easy enough to get to. Once they are out, unclip the badge and replace with your new one and then just put it back together. It's a half an hour job max I would say
