Rear Window Aerial - No Reception

Hi chaps, MK5 TDi - No radio reception at all, just seeks and picks nothing up, guessing the aerial is in the rear window so how the hell would I go about fixing this lol?

Sorted, the idiots had left the aerial plugs disconnected!!
