MK5 GTi/Edition 30 tartan/plaid interlagos material

I think iv found just over a metre of genuine new old stock plaid which would be easily enough to do both front seats like I have in my build thread. Looking like £250 is what's wanted, anyone wanna have the last known plaid out there?
I waiting for exact quantity and pics but will update.

The Pirelli material is a proper unicorn part. Iv tried to locate some but as the cars were so limited VW didn't get much made. The plaid was in the GTi as well as the Ed so more of a chance to get some. I have feelers out but no news

Thought so, I'm hoping to buy an ed30 or Pirelli, more likely the Pirelli later on in the year.
But I'm really feeling those recaro wingbacks

Lol same as me - I had an easier time finding my wingbacks than I did finding the plaid!! Worth it though as imvho my interior looks the part

I have bought what I found and truly believe it's the last new old stock left anywhere. I plan to keep it as spare incase my interior ever gets damaged. I have a small quantity left from my retrim available if you only need a small amount.......it ain't cheap though

It's a 'how long is a piece of string type thing' mate. Used stuff from old seats is the easiest option but that means finding an interior and it'll be worn. New old stock is like rocking horse poop

Only reason I ask is I have just over half a meter square of brand new stuff was gonna do my gear gator and a couple of other bits.

My mate said she would do it for me as a favor, not sure she would want turn it into anything serious as she manages The Bristol Weaving Mill. Maybe one day I will get her to put together some bespoke material for a full retrim
