How comparable are MK7 parts?

Thinking of either selling or refreshing my Jetta but my question is, how compatible are the MK7 parts?
Looking at seats and possibly steering wheel.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated  :drinking:

I would hazard a guess at not very, as the chassis was totally re-designed between the mk5/6 and 7, so there's loads of little changes. Plus there's not that many people who've started ripping apart mk7's just yet!
