Just had my date through, just to inspect the front wings on my cw gti and can only get an appointment for the 9th of December, 6 month waiting list at vw in Durham  :sad1:

Pulman's just fobb you off, ring VW Benfield at Scottswood Rd and the warranty fella is called Lee, he has dealt with both my claims. It may be a few weeks until he can see you though as always snowed under.
